Resident App + RTU Ownership

The ARC Resident App is your gateway to ownership within the ARC living network. Through the app, users can purchase parking points backed by RTUs—to control where their unit is docked within the system. Each RTU represents a real property asset that can be managed, traded, and transferred entirely within the platform or via any real estate brokerage that facilitates RTU sales
Capabilities include:
- Purchase RTUs (parking points) to secure your share of network ownership and exact parking position in the network, track unit ownership and network position across destinations.
- Trade RTUs with other residents directly in-app, creating a liquid and flexible ownership experience
- Receive move notifications and availability updates
- RTUs are real property—you can get a mortgage, apply 1031 exchange, and own a fractional share of the land that supports ARC towers
