Parking Points (backed by deeded RTUs)

Parking Points are your transferable right to park your ARC unit anywhere in the network. Each balance is backed by deeded Rights-to-Use (RTUs) recorded through project SPVs—real-property interests that travel with you across ARC towers.

Deeded RTUs recorded via SPVs; standard escrow and brokerage apply

Network Mobility

Park in any eligible slot across ARC hubs—you’re not tied to one parcel

Predictable Access

Points required per slot adjust within a target band as demand shifts

Capacity-Linked Issuance

New RTUs (and thus points) are created as new physical slots come online

Transfer Options

Reallocate or resell through licensed real-estate channels when plans change

Tax Pathway

When held for investment, RTUs may be eligible for 1031 like-kind exchange (consult your advisor)

Parking Points are front-end representations of deeded RTUs; deeds are recorded via project-specific SPVs. Availability varies by site and entitlement status.
